Ordering
How do I place an order?
To order your ClipFlops, simply:
- Click on your favourite ClipFlop design.
- Select your preferred flower style, colour, and size.
- Add the item to your basket and proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clipcodesigns.com. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t already been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. International delivery times vary by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Email us at info@clipcodesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your return.

Are your products vegan?
Yes! Many of our sandals and accessories are made from high-quality vegan leather. Please check individual product descriptions for details.
How do I care for my ClipFlops and bags?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing to keep your items looking their best.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping at checkout—perfect for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
